What a great experience! From nothing, to plans, to options and then onto the build the Golden Homes team in Queenstown have been fantastic! Well recommended!

Deciding to build a house as our first home, was a very big decision. After meeting with Ethan at Golden Homes, we were very confident we had made the right decision. Ethan literally went above and beyond for us. He answered every email very promptly. He accommodated all our requests with ease.  I definitely expected the process to be harder and more time consuming, but Ethan's professionalism and positive attitude made it an enjoyable experience.

Super stoked with everything Ethan has done for us throughout the design and sales process. He has always had plenty of time for us and came up with a great design that we love. He is super efficient and excellent at communicating. We contacted a few housing companies before deciding on Golden Homes. We couldn’t fault him at all and I would happily pick him to do it all over again.

Having recently been through renovations and found that an incredibly stressful process we were concerned about how difficult a build would be.

Ethan has made the whole process easy. He has made suggestions when he can see we are unsure and taken a weight off our shoulders.

He is always positive and there with solutions to any problems. He knows the Golden Home product inside out and promotes that really well. We are looking forward to the result with confidence.

It has been a pleasure to work with Ethan in the planning of our new home.  He is very professional always being polite, helpful and conscientious. He is very knowledgeable and he always responded to our queries very quickly. We worked together for approximately six months. We had some issues on our part, nothing to do with Golden Homes, which needed to be resolved and Ethan did everything he could to help us solve them.  We would highly recommend him to anyone considering building with Golden Homes.

Living overseas, the rebuild process was always going to be more of a challenge. Working together, Ethan and I made great progress to make use of the time while in New Zealand. The rest Ethan has taken care of for us, and kept us up-to-date with what is happening throughout. Ethan's communication throughout the process has been excellent.

Ethan was always very clear on every detail and laid out the process so you always knew the next step and timeframes involved. He immediately knew the answer to all of my questions and responded to emails very quickly and clearly. I would highly recommend Ethan & Golden Homes.

Ethan made the whole process easy from explaining what and where to buy to his excellent communication throughout the build keeping us in the loop the whole way.
