$10,000 Golden Homes Grant

For a limited time, Golden Homes will contribute $10,000 towards your deposit (GST-inclusive) on selected House & Land Packages when you sign the Sale and Purchase Agreement before September 30, 2024.

This offer is only applicable for selected contracts with Golden Homes Christchurch. Terms and conditions apply.

Terms and conditions

• Sale and Purchase Agreement must be signed by 5pm on Monday 30 September 2024

• the Sale Agreement must be declared unconditional

• the Purchaser will not request any changes to the plans for the dwelling included in the house and land package (the Purchaser will be able to make colour and materials choices, and normal upgrade options will be available)

• The $10,000 Golden Homes Grant will be credited against the deposit due under the Sale Agreement

• The $10,000 Golden Homes Grant will be forfeited if the Purchaser fails to pay:

  • the deposit (net of the $10,000 Golden Homes Grant) on the due date specified in the Sale Agreement; or

  • any other payment due to Golden Homes Christchurch by the due date.

• The $10,000 Golden Homes Grant cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion by Golden Homes Christchurch.

• This agreement will immediately come to an end if the Sale Agreement is terminated for any reason.
