A Turn Key package is designed to make buying/building simpler, with a structure that typically involves paying a deposit up front and the balance on completion. Turn Key offerings can vary by package and location, so we always recommend confirming the exact inclusions and payment schedule with your Golden Homes consultant before you commit.
Do you have investment properties or investor packages?
Yes - Golden Homes supports investors and works with investor clients and developers to create opportunities that suit long-term goals. Some investment packages include a 2-year fixed term rental guarantee (terms apply), and are designed to help reduce maintenance and simplify ownership compared with many older dwellings.
What does the 2-year rental guarantee cover?
Where offered, the 2-year fixed term rental guarantee is linked to specific investment packages and begins four weeks after final settlement (or from the date the tenant starts paying rent - whichever comes first). It's designed to remove uncertainty in the early period of ownership. Full details and terms vary, so check the package listing and T&Cs.
Are Golden Homes builds fixed price?

How do I choose the right specifications and finishes?
Choosing finishes is one of the most exciting parts of the build. Golden Homes supports you through selecting colours, flooring, and fittings so your home feels truly yours. What is your building process like?
Golden Homes provides structured guidance through the build journey, including a step-by-step approach and on-the-ground support. You'll work with a Sales Consultant early, then meet your Construction Manager who will discuss the construction programme, answer questions, and arrange site walkthroughs at key stages - so you always know what's happening and what's next.
What happens at handover, and do you offer a maintenance period?
At handover, we'll meet you with your keys and walk you through your new home, explaining everything you need to know. Your 12-month maintenance period starts from handover, giving you a clear way to raise any minor items that may come up once you've moved in.
Can I visit a showhome before I enquire?
Absolutely - showhomes are a great way to experience layout, space, light, and real-world finishes before making decisions. Golden Homes has showhomes and offices across regions, and some listings highlight feature details so you can understand what's possible. If you're unsure which showhome is closest or relevant to your build region, just ask and we'll point you in the right direction.
