This promotion is exclusive to some of our homes, and is designed to help you settle into your brand-new home with ease! Whether it's new furniture, appliances, or finishing touches, it's our way of saying “welcome home.”

Terms and Conditions Summary
The Purchaser must enter into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Golden Homes Christchurch by 5:00pm on Saturday, 31 May 2025.
The Sale and Purchase Agreement must become unconditional, and settlement must be completed by the Purchaser.
On settlement, the Purchaser will receive a $10,000 Harvey Norman Gift Card.
The gift card is subject to Harvey Norman’s own terms and conditions of use.
The Welcome Home Package will be forfeited if the Purchaser:
Fails to make any required payment by the due date; or
Fails to comply with the terms of the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer from Golden Homes Christchurch.
If the Sale and Purchase Agreement is terminated for any reason, this Welcome Home Package agreement will also be terminated.
All amounts stated are inclusive of GST.
