Terms and Conditions

• The Sale and Purchase Agreement must be signed by 5pm on Saturday, 31 May 2025.

• The $10,000 deposit top-up will be credited against the deposit due under the Sale Agreement.

• The $10,000 deposit top-up will be forfeited if the Purchaser fails to declare the contract unconditional, or fails to pay:

  • The deposit (net of the $10,000 top-up) on the due date specified in the Sale Agreement, or

  • Any other payment due to Golden Homes Christchurch by the due date.

• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion by Golden Homes Christchurch.

• This agreement will immediately terminate if the Sale Agreement is terminated for any reason.
